For example, without a rice cooker, it takes at least double the time to boil raw rice in a pot until they are edible. Similarly, with the help of a vacuum, the time and effort spent on cleaning the carpet and floor could be significantly reduced. Therefore, people get to enjoy more free to time to themselves or spend time with their families. This could not be achieved in the old times when every house chores needed to be done manually.

Since they are so convenient to use, life has become much easier for old people who are not living with their children. By simply setting up the time and press the “start” button, single-living elderly could have their food heated in a microwave. A whole load of laundry could be done within half an hour with the magic of a washing machine. Those various appliances are the great helper for old people by providing them the irreplaceable convenience and safety.
