More and more traffic accidents occur with the rapid development of transportation, which makes people more and more concerned with the road safety and its potential risks. In order to improve the situation, means such as adjusting the minimum driving age is brought up however it is received with both opinions.
People who agree argue that the adjustment proposal is to stop irresponsible and irrational teenagers from driving in the first place, which solves the problem at its root, because it is noticeably common that traffic accidents happen to and due to youngsters driving.
